I recently completed an insurance quote with OUTsurance on Wednesday, 10 July 2025
I recently completed an insurance quote with OUTsurance on Wednesday, 10 July 2025. During the process, I received an SMS with an OTP and a message stating I would receive an email with a link and instructions to claim the R500 Quote Guarantee, since OUTsurance could not beat my current insurance. However, as of today, I have not received any email, link, or further instructions. I have thoroughly checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders with no success. This delay is disappointing and goes against the assurance of a seamless claim process. I would appreciate it if someone from OUTsurance could urgently assist in sending me the correct link or providing guidance on how to complete the R500 claim.
