I recently claimed for my car and washing machine and both claims where handled accordingly. From the bottom of my heart I would just like to thank Ms Dausi for her care and compassion during this time, she really handled my claim and followed up with the panel beater, she made me feel seen and valued as a client and I am so grateful for her and her outstanding service. Even though I never met Ms Dausi, I could feel her caring warm energy and that gave me reassurance as a client.
