I recently bought a new vehicle and the dealership wanted proof of insurance. I called in to Outsurance and was assisted in making the changes and received the mail while I was talking to the agent. But unfortunately I had to call back again as we used the wrong MM code and was then assisted by a different agent and again got the same amazing treatment. I work for a insurance company and qualify for staff discount and can change anytime over to them but the client service I get from Outsurance and not to even mentioning the cash back you get from them.
