I recently bought a new car and had to update vehicle insurance with Outsurance. Another provider offered a better premium for the same plan. Outsurance handled the cancelation of my policy with dignity and care. Despite being offered a better deal elswhere, I am a bit sad to leave such good service behind. Well done to their operator BONGEKA STUURMAN for handling the situation expertly, giving good advice without being pushy.
