I received great service when my car was involved in an accident

My car was in an accident on 11 Januar. Another driver crashed into my car causing severe damage. I called outsurance to submit a claim. The staff assisting very very professional and helpful. My claim was approved within 24 hrs and my car was repaired promptly. The company submitted a claim to the other party that damaged my car and it was successful. I have received a refund on my excess that I paid. I am very happy with the great service I received.
