I received awesome service from Sizwe from Outsurance Pet when I had yo take my dog to the vet for her illness. He followed up with me to check on her wellbeing and also to let me know that all my paperwork was in order and in the process of my claim being vetted. Then he called to advise me that my claim would be paid within a couple of days, and also required about my dogs health. Very friendly, polite and helpful.
