I received a message from Outsurance stating that my bank had cancelled all my debit orders with them and that my cover is terminated

I received a message from Outsurance stating that my bank had cancelled all my debit orders with them and that my cover is terminated. I was super stressed for I did not initiate the cancellation. Luckily, one of Outsurance’s amazing employees assisted me in reactivating my insurance and my profile. Thank you Outsurance for your amazing customer service 🙂
