I received a call from Kay White who very professionally explained the claims process for my pet insurance claim I told her that Medipet was an easier process and that I was considering moving across to Medipet She was very understanding and again assured me that I would receive the claim in a few days I received another call a day later - she asked questions and confirmed the amount that I would be reimbursed I was impressed with the personal touch and constant communication along the way and as a result, I will be staying with OutSurance 😊
