I really wasn't sure whether my underground water pipes were covered by the building insurance,so I took a chance and phoned in.There was only one option...yes or no. To my amazement the response was a resounding YES.You can imagine how HAPPY I was. Outsurance contacted the plumbers who in turn contacted me. The rest is history. No leak, no water wasted.
