I really did get something OUT!

<p>Exactly a month ago I was rear ended on my way to work. This had been my first accident since getting my own insurance. What a pleasant experience (the claims process anyway). The claims advisor who assisted me was always willing to assist and responded to emails and calls no more than 24 hours later. I was paid out, after minor oversight, and I have been back on the road again for about two weeks already. The legal department was also so efficient, responded to queries more than satisfactorily and managed to retrieve my excess. Thank you Cate Mhlanga and Carrie Seaton, Your service was great. </p>
