I reacted on OUTsurance invitation to quote on my cars and home content, without any expectation for a better premium. I mean, I have been through many and long frustrating phone calls by many companies. I've been called by Justin from OUTsurance and what a nice surprise. He quoted on all my belongings, gave good advice and the best of all - an excellent monthly premium. When I asked for even 'n better premium, he told me that he will speak to his manager and call me back, which he did - with even a better premium. That was a no brainer and I moved my insurance to OUTsurance.
