I reached out to change my address and also for a review of my premium. I have moved from Pretoria to Polokwane. The review was done and the premium lowered, this was based on the address in Pretoria. After the address was changed to Polokwane the premium increased. I was told there were risk factors to be included (which were never explained) and I asked for them but they were never sent.
