I put in a claim, it is not finalized yet due to me waiting for some documents from the IT company regarding the laptop, but thus far I have received exceptional service from AQUILLA NCUBE, She keeps on following up and totally understands why I am sill waiting for documents. She is a real asset to Outsurance.
