In Nov 2015 I was pranged into. Outsurance dealt with the recovery and repair quote within a week, and vehicle sent to Kondylis motors who are a Ford approved panel shop. On collection of my vehicle I noticed a loose mirror on the repaired door. I then requested Outsurance that an independent dealer check be undertaken, this they granted and the dealer OK'd the repair work. This step was vital for me as I am unqualified to verify the mechanical repairs. So in all Outsurance (Warren) dealt professionally with my queries and requests, the car is still fine and they recovered my excess from the other party :)
