I phoned to update my address and new car registration. I spoke with Cindy in Client Services and after verifying all my details(I have been a client with Outsirance for a few years) my change of address and registration was handled very quickly AND an update on my policy , which now means I pay less monthly premiums with the same benefits. So great to have as a Sassa pensioner. I would reccomend Outsurance to anyone wanting a budget- friendly insurance policy.
