I phoned to cancel my vehicle insurance, due to it now becoming unaffordable, due to annual escalations. This is after 12 years with Outsurance. Karabo of @ Outsurance kindly arranged a fantastic reduction in the premium and had it backdated to the beginning of the month. AWESOME service from Karabo 🙏
