I never understood OUTsurance's slogan "You always get something out". I knew that my contact with OUTsurance would not lead to the well-known R 500 cashback, as I had to update a change of Payer on a Policy. But oh my; was the process smooth and actually really satisfying in compared to the usual "Admin nightmare" one might expect to experience. First, the process was explained from start to the desired outcome. Secondly, I was prepared by the agent beforehand what infomation they would require. Thirdly, the changes were confirmed via email even while we were still speaking and fourthly, up to now everything happened exactly as they promised.
