I needed two quotes for two separate incidents, one was sc**** on front bumper and other was a scratch on side door, latter most probably caused by someone opening their car door against mine. The agent was most efficient and immediately drew up necessary documentation and sent me to have quotes at agent in Tygervalley. Quotes were received that same day, late afternoon. I decided to rather pay for repairs myself otherwise I'd have to pay two excesses and lose my no claim bonus next year, but my overall experience was one of efficiency, helpfulness and friendliness.
