I, needed to update my policy &, I called Outsurance this morning. I, was fortunate enough, to speak to a wonderful lady, called Caroline Tabane! This, soft-spoken professional lady has, gone through my policy, with me in layman's language &, assisted me in not, only updating the policy, but also adding to it an additional product, to cover our 2 cellphones, as well as my wheelchair! I'm so glad &, great full, that I have spoken to you specifically, Caroline! You have, really made my day awesome!
