I needed to make a change to my policy and so I made a request to Outsurance to call me. Within 30 seconds after making the request, I recieved a call from the agent who was super helpful. It took less than 5 minutes to make the changes and I also received a discount on my new premium. Awesome customer service from Outsurance.
