I needed some guidan...
I needed some guidance on a claim and the consultant in the claims Department was very helpful and knowledgeable, afterwards the system has not updated with my request yet and i requested a call back, she called back im time and sorted the issue in no time... I am very pleased with Outsurance service. Excellent!!
