I must say when the accident happened Outsurance was phoning and listening to every detail while I was at the hospital with my husband there is a Guy with the Name Godfrey he was assisting me through every detail about my car that was removed the same evening.and Monday when we put the claim in Katlego was also very nice in explaining every detail but still when we ask questions regarding claims they are always willing to help.
