I Mr A G. Hoosen lodged a claim with Outsurance on Monday 10Sept 25 for a I-phone 14 crack screen. Princess Shabangu assisted me with my claim. She was very professional in the manner in which she explained and handled my claim.She communicated via SMS and email,the phone was collected the very next day and sent to TT3 repairs in JNB.
