I moved to Outsurance as their service was recommended and I had had a poor service experience with another pet insurance company. I hadn't claimed previously (I have been with them 2 years) and was skeptical, knowing this would be a true test to the product I have with them. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The agent I dealt with, Tshiamo, was super friendly, empathetic and efficient. I took my kitty to the vet on Monday and I have already been paid out for the vet bill. I will definitely recommend Outsurance pet insurance for their superb service!
