I lost my brother 15 June 2025. I made a claim with outsurance as I had funeral policy for him as from 2021. When I phoned in for a claim I was assisted by Lebo she told me all required documents. I submitted and my claim was paid within 48hours. It's not the first time I made claim with outsurance last time it was a household contents. Claim was also paid I was happy. This is the best insurance I would recommend to anyone I love this company. It doesn't add pain and stress to the already existing pain of loosing a person close to you. We pay insurances so that so that when times are dark we can rest assured we will get assistance and payments to cover costs and outsurance is doing just that
