I logged a claim on line but had an issue with it not going through, so I called the call centre and spoke with Kgatso Mabitsela. She was a great help, managed to pick up my online claim and immediately set me up with an appointment with the assessor. KGATSO MABITSELA was amazing, efficient and helpfull, excellent service! It was a relief to the traumatic experience.
