I lodged a claim for my AirPods Pro 2 with OUTsurance and was impressed with the service. The assistant I spoke to over the phone was very helpful and guided me through the process with ease. My claim was finalized within days, and I even received a store voucher as requested. The only downer is this claim forfeited the OUTbonus I was expecting to receive next year
