I just want to give praise where praise is due. I have a my pet insurance with OUTsurance and had to claim for the first time 2 days ago. I submit my claim via the App, an agent was appointed immediately and in an hour's time I received the outcome of my claim. The claim was processed without any difficulties and approved in less than an hour and received the funds 24 hours later. Well done.
