I just want to give a huge shout out to the lady that helped me on Saturday, I called in to see if my premium could be reduced a little as I am a pensioner and do not do a lot of milage on my little car, she was sympathetic and curtious throughout our whole conversation, she managed to give me a R20.00 reduction which I greatfully accepted as it all adds up over the year.
