I just want to compliment outsurance
I just want to compliment outsurance. Had this geyser problem on a Friday evening at 10 am. I phone you guys and they were so friendly and said they will send some body out to come check. So i mention to the lady my husband went in to the roof and shut the water supply. Then she said ok, i need to phone next morning then they wil see to the problem. We phone the next day it was Saturday 7 am, and they installed a new geyser in an hour. Wow wow. I am with Outsurance for about 15 years and never had a problem. thank you Outsurance.
