I just wanna give a thumbs up and a big thank you to Outsurance

I just wanna give a thumbs up and a big thank you to Outsurance. I called outsurance today to discuss my policy. Kerwin assisted me ,he reviewed my profile, and he managed to reduce my premium for me. I really appreciate the way he spoke to me, and the way he sharpened his pencil to see how he can give me a better monthly premium ( without changing the cover of the policy). It made me feel that I'm not just another number on the other side of the line. It's an example of how customers should be treated and lots of other business can take a tip and learn from them. I have been with outsurance for over 10 years , and ever so often get calls(as we all do) from other insurance companies wanting to offer a better package or deal -I don't entertain those calls. Outsurance has my loyalty, and I will stick with them. Well done outsurance, please keep it up, there are people who appreciate it. I am one of them. Hannes Kloppers
