I just moved to Outsurance past 2 months and sadly I had to make a claim

I just moved to Outsurance past 2 months and sadly I had to make a claim. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the claim process was. I used the App to request a call back, within an hour I was called and the process over the phone was quick, the consultant sounded knowlagable. While a service provider was appointed, an assessor called stating that we can wait for another day as the leaking pipe might cause more damage, as a result he has found another provider. Before the of the day, claim was approved and the following day first thing in the morning the contractor was at my house to fix and they did a quick and professional job. To me this is a shock as I did not experience such a service from my previous insurance.
