I informed them of the passing of one of my dogs and to remove my pet from my policy
I informed them of the passing of one of my dogs and to remove my pet from my policy. I clarified that I paid the vet bill myself as well. To my surprise they advised that they will refund her monthly premium. The kindness I received was very special
