I have vehicle insurance with outsurance
I have vehicle insurance with outsurance. I had 2 incidents in 2025 with the Honda, one in Feb and one in June. Neither incidents were my fault. Outsurance acknowledge s this and will even recover the money being paid out. I bought a second vehicle and was covered on Saturday. I get a call three days later on Tuesday informing me that my policy will be canceled because I'm a multiple claimant. What a horrible company. The impact of having a cancelled policy on record will make it difficult to get affordable cover. I've been with them for 9 years. They had no issue collecting my premiums but when you need to utilised the cover you're paying for, you are penalized. They did not even offer me the courtesy of looking for alternative cover prior to slapping me with the stigma of a cancelation. Do not use outsurance, investigate other options. There is a reason they make over a billion in profit.
