I have to give a shout-out to OUTsurance and especially to Haymes Tshabalala for helping me with my recent claim. After being claim-free for ages, the past few months decided to humble me a little 😅 — a streak of misfortune that has definitely reminded me why insurance exists in the first place. Even though my Outbonus now needs to go on a bit of a gym program to recover 💪, the silver lining is knowing there are people like Haymes on the other side of the phone. Friendly, helpful, and efficient — the kind of service that makes a frustrating situation a lot easier to deal with.
