I have some financial constraints and was looking for a cheaper insurance. I found one but was really sad to leave outsurance as they always just gave me good service. I then sent my email of cancelation and was called shortly after. We discussed my situation and my premium was lowered WITH extra service added to my current policy. Thank you Outsurance!
