I have serious PTSD when it comes to insurance companies - My last insurer I was with for over 12 years and never claimed once. we had an issue of our boundary wall falling over and after sending out 5! assessors (4 of whom said we should be covered and only one who said we shouldn't) we were denied. This upset me so much that I changed over to Outsurance. I have been with them quite a few years now and had to claim on our gate motor, not only were they so friendly and prompt, but EXTREMELY efficient - our claim was approved within hours and paid out in a day. Gate motor is sorted and its not even been a full week. I am highly impressed and so happy with them. Thank you to an amazing Team and super amazing service. I will brag till my voice is raw!!
