I have send them the message to give me a quote for my cat wow!!! what a quick response I could not believe it, because when I compered it with the one I called before, they took 7 days before responding giving me excuses that they have volumes of calls they will get back to me, so yesterday my daughter advised me of checking with you since I have a car and a household with you, within seconds I received a call. Nelisiwe was good, explained everything that I needed for my cat, and wallaaa!!! my lovely Rubby is now insured, I can't wait to experience the visitations at the vet, can you imagine that other insurance send me the message again today saying John will call me later today to discuss the pet insurance and I rep****, sorryyyy!!! My Lovely Rubby is the daughter of Outsurance now, thank you, now they are pleading with me saying I should give them a chance in order to comper their options with the one that I have, I said no I'm fine with what I have.
