I have recently moved to OUTsurance (approximately 2 months ago) and I unfortunately had an accident with my vehicle last week. I was worried that I would get the run around due to the fact that I had just moved over to them but I was met with so much professionalism and support. Every person that I dealt with dealt with my situation with a sense of urgency that I truly appreciated. The process to log the claim was seamless and the feedback was prompt. What I appreciated the most from Outsurance was the proactiveness they showed. Not once did I have to call them to follow up or find out what the progress was on my claim. The communication was clear and I received frequent updates which I highly appreciated. The process of appointing service providers was quick and they really took care of everything.
