I have pet insurence with Outsurance. When my basset hound suddenly had to be admitted for emergency surgery, I was shaken up and flustered. I contacted Outsurance, and ended up speaking to Henriette Slabbert. She was simply amazing. Not only was she fast and efficient, but she connected with me on a personal level while maintaining her professionality. How she calmed me and came alongside me was something I will forever be thankful for. All paperwork to authorise surgery was taken care of by her swiftly and efficiently. I have seldom had customer service like that and my dog is wagging his tail again. Thank you Outsurance!
