I have Pet Insurance with OUTsurance and it is a pleasure every time I have to do a claim. The app is extremely easy to use when submitting a claim. I had to submit 3 different claims related to a recent incident and all times someone contacted me within 30 minutes after submission. The process was completely painless and each time the money was paid into my within a week of submission.
