I have pet insurance through OUTsurance and one of my babies got sick this weekend. On Monday we took her to te Vet and they had to operate. Tuesday we submitted the claim to OUTsurance and by Wednesday morning (bright and early) Jarryd phoned to let me know that my claim has been approved. He even asked how Diana was doing.
