I have OUTsurance pet insurance for my two sausage dogs

I have OUTsurance pet insurance for my two sausage dogs. Every year, they get an amount of money for routine care (R1100 for each dog in 2024). This year I put the money towards getting their teeth cleaned, which can be pricey! I submitted my claim via the app and got feedback that same day. The money was then paid back in a few days. I find OUTsurance to be very quick and professional. And they make the whole claim process really easy. I also like all the small touches they have that set them apart - the no-claim bonus and a reduction in monthly fees if my dogs are in good health (weight, chipped, sterilized, vaccines up to date).
