I have nothing but praise for Outsurance

I have nothing but praise for Outsurance. My car broke down on Saturday. I contacted them and was helped by Faith initially and then by Suelene. Both were very polite, helpfull and incredibly efficient. They were concerned about my safety which was really reassuring to know. The tow truck was immediately organised and Thalente from V&N Towing arrived very fast. He too was quick and very efficient. Overall, what started as a very stressful situation, it was all resolved within a very short space of time. Excellent service all round . Thank you Outsurance. From Janet Meredith
