I have not had any reason to complain about the service I have received over the years, but I must say that Brownie - not sure if that is the proper spelling - your Senior Consultant, rendered exceptional service during our telephone conversation on March 31. She was professional, helpful but also genuinely caring. I warned her that I had cell problems - the phone was likely to cut out, as the battery kept going flat. When it cut out, she took the trouble to diarise this and phoned back about an hour and a half later, even though the business discussed had moreorless being finalised. Such a human touch is rare in the business world. You are blessed to have her on your staff. She is a credit to your company.
