I have never struggled with any claim or have any issues. I simply uploaded my claim on the app and within seconds I received their call and the claim was registered. There was no hustle at all. I will never leave Outsurance for any other insurance company, many of them tried to convince me to leave outsurance because they say it’s expensive but I promise you with my life on the line, it’s worth every cent I pay.
