I have never received such great service from a company. The idea that such a huge organization can assist 1 person like this is simply amazing. The friendliness and compassion from the Operator will definitely keep me a loyal customer. Not only did he review my policy and save me almost R500 per month but advised me about a grace period regarding my Policy.
