I have never had a problem in the 21 years I have been with Outsurance. I have submitted claims that I assumed won't qualify for. They are extremely prompt and efficient and handle your claims whilst you speak. I never have to ask them to explain something twice as they explain everything in the finest detail. I have been approached by many other insurance companies but nobody can offer me the same benefits for the amount I pay.
