I have lodged a few claims since joining Outsurance and not once did I experience any problems. They epitomise quality customer and prompt service, including settlement of claims. I love that I can engage via phone and the app and that their process to claim or amend is not a lengthy time consuming. All their team members I have interacted with value and respect me as a client. I do not even entertain marketing or quotes from other service providers and even if there should be a lower quote, I won't easily move because of my experiences over the years with Outsurance. I even had my husband move to Outsurance.
