I have just cancelled my Outsurance Policy.
I have just cancelled my Outsurance Policy. It was so so much easier than getting a new policy or a claim paid. They are so good at collecting premiums but that is where their service ends.

29 Apr 2021, 18:20So saddened? In 4 weeks, you could not even send me a quote for a personal policy. You have received over 5 years of premiums and could not even handle 3 SIMPLE claims. TV was just over the excess so not worth claiming. Your quote for the gate was R9K and I had to pay R4820 in excess. I got the job done for R3715 after 2 weeks with no security. I didn't waste time when there was a leak. You had proved incapable if dealing with a claim. The water was running through my house for 3 days. I called a plumber and it cost R750. I did everything at much less than your excess. Be honest with your clients. You collect premiums but never pay a claim. What are you doing about this?
